windows 2008 r2 terminal services password saving problem

Once a month something happend and windows refuses to authenticate on the saved passwords via terminal services i have 20 users with saved password.



Tried to change politics but nothing helped.  Is there any ideas what can happen during the month with causes this problem.

Only solution i had found is to reboot server. After reboot it works well 3-4 weeks then again.
