Recently I purchased Server 2012 Standard Edition in order to upgrade my domain AD. I did AD migration from 2003 to 2012.
This 2012 server came with 200 CALs license OEM pre-installed. On my network I have terminal servers 2003 where my clients connected with WYSE Terminals. Terminal's CALs installed on one of my 2003 server. Will this license configuration work? I mean my 2003 terminal license server will be able to talk to 2012 CALs server. I doubt because when I try to connect from Licensing feature installed on 2003 server it says that my 2012 licensing service is not running or unavailable. And one of my user already can't establish rdp connection.
