Greetings,
I have a couple of virtual TS Servers in a farm. They are Windows 2008 Datacenter edition, not R2, Service Pack 1 is installed. Occasionally when users try to connect, they are given the message of "The Requested Operation Cannot Be Completed Because The Terminal Connection Is Currently Busy Processing A Connect, Disconnect, Reset, Or Delete Operation". While I have seen the temporary "fixes" of rebooting the computer, I have figured that part out myself and this is not a viable long-term option. When I pull up the console on the Virtual Host, the server that is currently hanging just shows up as a black screen. When I try to connect through remote desktop, it hangs at "Please Wait For The User Profile Service" Sending a reboot command "shutdown -r -t 0 -f" does not reboot the server, issuing a reboot command from vsphere does not reboot the computer, the only way to get the server to allow logons is to reset the server from vsphere. The only error to come up when I am attempting to log on is(along with 2 matching entries that say it detected a problem and started troubleshooting the problem):
Diagnostic module {c0f51d84-11b9-4e74-b083-99f11ba2db0a} (%windir%\system32\radardt.dll) encountered an error while handling scenario {739ff6cf-5033-428c-9e2f-582096482dd5}, instance {a186b966-9b3f-4ea6-b733-f8c165dff41d}, original activity ID {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}. The error code was -2147023888.
When other users try to log on, I see the 2 logon entries at the same time, then anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute and 15 seconds later, it shows a logoff entry. The error above shows up occasionally as well. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
