I have a customer who uses "OfficeMate" software in two offices, the Windows Server 2008 with the application is in one location, and all is well there. The other office connects to the Officemate Server via RDP in Application
Mode. Printing in the remote office is intermittent. Currently, the printer (on the LAN in the remote office) seems to be using Easy Print, but once I print from one client (all Win7 x64) with the application, I CAN'T from the other clients
(just doesn't print, no error msg). The printers show in the application as (Redirect 1, or Redirect 3). Much of my reading says I HAVE to install the printer driver on the server, but how do I do that? How do I connect from my server location,
and print at my remote location? Using the public address on the router? Man, I'm confused. Thanks in advance.
