Hi all,
I want to make available VDI's to users, to do so, i tought on using Windows server 2012R2 to do the trick.
I used a virtual machine based on my Cluster Failover configuration of Virtual Machines with all hosts migrated recently to 2012R2.
I had a problem, cannot install the RD Virtualisation Host on the VM with is a problem because i was thinking of using theserver to manage virtual machines hosted on the cluster and not in herself.
So i can install the role RD Virtualisation Host on my 2012R2 hosts for the Cluster but im concerned because it could create problem's on that host servers and in the cluster itself, anyone have tried this? is it advisable or not?
I have 30 VM's on my cluster and a spare amount of resources to have 30 more.
NOTE1: I already have a Session deployment working in a production enviromentl on another VM server.
Question2: Can i use the Gateway and web role from the Session deployment in the VDI deployment?
Advices or other solutions are very mutch welcome.
Sincerely,
AM
