Hi,
On our TS servers we experience sometimes (0-4 times a month) that rdpclip.exe uses above 4GB ram.
The users say they only cut/copy/paste in excel, word and outlook (All 2007 version) not anything else.
Is there a way to see what is going on with the process?
All servers are 2008 standard.
2 TSGW and 6 TS servers.
All fully updated both with windows and office updates.
Anyone got an idea to what I can try to resolve this issue or get more info on it?
I'm not allowed to remote control(Shadow) the users before contacting them.
/Brian
