I've been tasked with setting up a new trusted host gateway. This will require supporting up to 20 simultaneous users.
Our previous system was a Windows 2003 system and could only allow two users, so it was a bottleneck at times.
I ordered a Windows Server 2012 Standard license and 20 CALs (which is what I was told I needed). I've got Windows 2012 installed but it appears I can't just load the CALs and start working, but instead need to set up two more servers to handle part of the functions. Is this the case (it seems overly complicated for such a simple task)?
Does Windows 2008 have the same limitation? I really just need a simple way to allow the 20 simultaneous connections.
