I want to limit the maximum number of connections on an RDP server to 10 sessions. But it seems that the max connections setting (on the server or via GPO) only takes active sessions into count. So, if I have 7 disconnected sessions (that may have tasks running) on the server and 3 active sessions, the server will still accept new sessions.
Is there a way to configure the max number of connections so that it counts active and disconnected sessions?
