How do you see redirected printers when you have no console access

In server 2008 R2 on RDS or Citrix, if I wanted to administer printers I would log into the console or admin session and be able to see all redirected printers from all sessions. How do I do this in Server 2012 that's on a cloud system. As you know more and more people are moving to cloud and we only have RDP access to these servers, thus how can I administer redirected printers from admin session when I have no console access. I tried the old /console and /admin flags in MSTSC but that doesn't work. I only see my own printer objects.
