Last month (Dec 18, 2013), my company implemented a win2008 r2 64 bits RDS, and installed office 2010 std 32bits in this env. The RDS allow 3 RDS clients to connect. Everything works fine until today, when one of the RDS clients opened the the excel 2010 and it just showed "Product Activation Failed". As I am a newbie to this, does any one advise me how to solve this ? I have the office key (open lic) ready but just not sure the correct steps of office activation in a RDS environment.
I searched the Internet a few days, but could not find any cases same as my case.
