Hello Experts,
Greetings!
I am dealing with a client who has Windows server 2019 with quick start deployment (All RDS roles are on single server).
When server comes up from a reboot daily (during maintenance window etc), intermittently users will not be able to RDP into the machine.
When checked, found below events:
Event ID - 1283 : Remote Desktop Services successfully left a farm on the Connection Broker server Server.Domain.Local.
Event ID - 1280 : Remote Desktop Services failed to join the Connection Broker on server Server.Domain.Local. Error: Current async message was dropped by async dispatcher, because there is a new message which will override the current one.
Event ID - 1281 : Remote Desktop Services successfully joined a farm on the Connection Broker server Server.Domain.Local.
Sometimes, Admin has to manually restart "Remote Desktop Services" service to make the RDP work again.
At this point, client has a script which triggers restart of RDS service when ever it identifies event ID 1283.
Any idea what could cause this issue ?
Any help is appreciated!
Best Regards, Srujan C.
