CaptureService, Clipboard User Service, Connected Devices Platform User e etc.

Hi,

we have observed that RDS in Windows 2019 presents a very strange behavior creating several services when new users are connected.

This has caused a problem to access the list of windows services due to the cache / buffer size.

The question is:

- Are all these services really necessary?
- Is it possible to prevent them from being created?
