We currently run VMWare to virtualize our terminal servers. We also use Mimecast for our Exchange/cloud back up solution. When someone is sent an email containing a .TIFF file, it comes as a stripped link to an attachment - which redirects to the mimecast server to pull the file, when the user is accessing. every time a user logs into the network, as a remote desktop user, they have to first save the file and then open and choose windows photo viewer - this setting does not replicate with the user as the terminal server will be different every time. Has anyone had a similar issue to this?
