Outlook.exe causing 100% CPU usage

Hi All,

We have 2 x load balanced Server 2008 R2 Terminal Servers with outlook 2010 standard installed connected to an SBS 2011 Domain.

When users start using outlook on the servers the CPU gradually increases to 100% usuage. I have checked the processes and outlook.exe is using roughly 13% for each user. We have disabled all add ins for outlook, no cached exchange mode is being used. Servers, office and Exchange 2010 are fully up to date. I have matched netsh tcp show global settings with another customers working server. added outlook exceptions into DEP. we have also reinstalled office with a new install files downloaded from volume license centre.

Server specs are: 2 x HP ProLiant DL160 G6 Servers, 24GB Memory, Intel Xeon E5606 @ 2.13GHz Processor.

roughly 20 users are logging onto each server.

Does anyone have any suggestions to what may be causing the high CPU usage with outlook.exe?

Many Thanks
