RDS cannot resolve name of Session Host Farm

Hi,

I've got an RDS 2008 R2 setup as follows:

2 x WA servers with Cisco hardware NLB address

  2 x CB servers in a cluster

3 x RDSH servers with Cisco hardware NLB address

The RDSH servers are configured to display a remote desktop connection to Web Access and if I configure either the the Web Access server or the Configuration Broker remote app source to be a single Session Host server, the apps appear on the WA RemoteApp Programs.  But this isn't the configuration I want - I want to use the CB cluster name on the WA server and the SH Farm name for the RemoteApp source.

The issue is, when I put the RDSH-FARM name (NetBIOS or FQDN) into the Remote App source or even into the Web Access configuration (under RemoteApp sources), I get an error:"RD Web Access was not able to access <FQDN of farm>. Verify that the RD Session Host server name was entered correctly, that the server is running and connected to the network, and then try again."

I'm confident that the basic configuration is correct because it works when I put a single SH server address in.  I can resolve the SH farm name and ping it from all of the servers in the configuration.  I've checked DCOM and WMI permissions as per other articles that I've found and there are no issues there.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks
