TS Gateway "the computer cant connect to the remote computer"

I have 3 TS servers.  I have the Gateway installed on the same server that is running licensing, it is a member server.  It has a CA cert installed.  When I try to connect to TS remote apps from outside of my domain I can log in see the applications, and then when I click on an app I get "the computer cant connect to the remote computer".  TS Remote app works fine internally.  I think I have TSCAP and TSRAP set up properly.  Also I can not remote desktop to anything from the TS APP website.

I have the firewall open for port 443 to the gateway server. 

I am not sure what I am missing any help is appreciated.
