I have a client that regularly prints documents that are about 40-50 pages long and include portrait and landscape charts. When they print, all the portrait pages come out correct but landscape does not. All landscape pages have the words cut off because the page is "portrait" while the print is "landscape". Its like the auto rotate does not function and keeps all pages in portrait format no matter how the print is.
Client uses Windows XP and Windows 7 from remote locations, only XP has this problem. I can replicate clients problem at my company using our XP machines on multiple printers and multiple programs. All our windows 7 machines have no issues with this either.
Let me know if any more info is needed.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that it only affects physical printers. I can print to PDF without problem, then print to a normal printer so a workaround exists but client doesn't want to use it.
