We are using Win 7 Thin PCs to pull in a Remote App feed from a 2012 R2 RDS host. The Remote Apps work very well, they are very responsive and quick. Perfect, really.
BUT, when the client using the Win 7 Thin PC clicks the minimize button (image included just to be clear) in the Remote App, it does not appear to minimize... even though it actually does. After clicking minimise, the client can still see the open App on their screen, but it's just a graphical artefact and nothing in it is clickable. Obviously this is confusing.
As you move the mouse around, you may 'uncover' icons on the desktop.
When shadowing a client, you see that the apps DO actually minimize, and when in shared hosted desktop apps minimise properly.
So, I think this issue is related to the Win 7 Thin PC clients, and their handling of Remote Apps. If you press Window&D on the ThinPCs, then all RemoteApps minimise properly.
Would some screenshots make the problem clearer, or have I explained it well enough?
Has anyone come across anything similar?
