RDS using Virtual Ip Addressing and DHCP Client Lease problems

We are currently using VIPs combined with RDS but we have some problems with DHCP when clients login/logout.

Problem 1: Client has other ip than offered and accepted. After we enable Microsoft-Windows-DHCP Client Events/Operational we see the folloging events:

1. Eventid 5007 DHCP-client: Discover-Offer-Request-Ack started on interface with interface-id 0
2. Eventid 50009 DHCP-Client: Discover is sent from interface 0, status 0x0
3. Eventid 50010 DHCP-Client: Offer is accepted in the interface 0. offered address is 192.168.15.70. serveradres is 192.168.11.3
4. Eventid 50012 DHCP-Client Request is send on interface 0, status 0x0
5. Eventid 50016 DHCP-Client: unknown message is removed on interface 0
6. Eventid 50013 DHCP-Client: ACK is accepted on interface 0. Received address is 192.168.15.70. Serveraddress is 192.168.11.3
7. PERFTRACK (DORA): Offer is accepted on interface 0. Offered address is 192.168.15.70. Serveraddess is 192.168.11.3
7. PERFTRACK (DORA): Offer is accepted on interface 0. Offered address is 192.168.15.70. Serveraddess is 192.168.11.3

IPconfig /all shows ip 192.168.15.95 for that session and not the offered address  192.168.15.70

Problem 2: Keeping lease until configured expiretime in DHCP server

After logoff the rdp client requests a remove dhcp lease. and the lease is also removed from the DHCP server as triggerd by the server. But we want to keep the lease until it expire as configured in DHCP-Server for webfiltering reporting using a third-party vendor device.

Eventid 50019 DHCP-Client: Release is send on interface 0, status 0x0

How to disable the release request?
