Change account Picture in RDS.

Hi,

I've a RD Session Host (W2K12R2) installed with Desktop Experience. If I log in with a normal user I'm not able to change the account picture. I go toStart, click on the user name and Change Picture, but nothing happens. I also tried theCharms Bar, Settings and PC Settings, but again nothing happens.

However, it is possible to change the account picture if I'm logged on with the Administrator account.

Maybe these settings are disabled because of RDS?
