I have a windows 2012 server running IIS and SharePoint 2013.
I have more than 2 developers that need to RDC to the machine. I previously set up terminal services on another 2008 machine but this is obviously different. I've been reading through some documentation but I'm not sure what I need to to get this new server up and running.
I installed the following services.
Remote Desktop Services
Remote Desktop connection Broker
Remote Desktop Gateway
Remote Desktop Licensing
Remote Desktop Session Host
I acquired a 50 CAL user license and installed that successfully in the licensing server.
I'm not sure what to do next. I don't know if I need to install Remote Desktop Web Access, but when I tried to install that I get an error. After researching it appears that it wants to use IIE and port 443, and my sharepoint sites have an SSL certificate.
But I'm thinking I don't need that service installed because I don't need people to access this server via the web.
What else do I need to do to insure my licenses are applied to this server so that more than 2 people can RDC to it?
