Dear All,
In my case, users use terminal services. i installed desktop experience feature on my server. The problem is on the same server, some users are experiencing an extremely slowness when they load snipping tool no matter the tool was launched first time or second time. Some others seem ok. I tried rebuilt their user profiles with no luck.
Can anybody help me with this?
