User cannot launch RemoteApps when abroad

Hi,

I have a UK user currently on holiday in Portugal accessing RemoteApp's the way she is used to on her usual laptop (we publish the apps which she accesses via IE to the RD Web Access page). However, since arriving in Portugal she gets the following error almost immediately upon launching an app.

"Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because an error occurred on the remote computer that you want to connect to. Contact your network administrator for assistance."

I got remote access to her laptop and attempted to add the published apps via the control panel. This time, upon launching an app she got two errors

1. "Error string with resource id '0x6A' is not found for the language id '0x809'.
2. "There were connectivity issues with the web service"

As she works fine when she is in the UK, I'm assuming this is because she is abroad and some sort of location detection is going on and preventing these apps from starting.

I tried to recreate this by manually setting a laptop here in the office to use a foreign locate, but I could login fine to these apps.

Anyone seen this before?
