ODBC Connection from Access database front end to SQL backend from Win 2008 R2 as a published application will not function for users

I have an Access 2010 database published as and application (RDP) from a Win 2008 R2 server.  The database front end connects to several data sources, one of which is a SQL 2005 database.  I have configured a System DSN using the 32 bit ODBC tool in the SYSWOW64 folder (the office install is a 32 bit install).  The database functions and the ODBC connections work fine for anyone in the Administrator group, but the domain users the ODBC connection to the SQL database fail.

Any suggestions and/or resolutions to this will be GREATLY appreciated.
