Need to authenticate internet explorer TS session in a hardware firewall

I have a terminal server enviroment and my thin client use IE to surf the internet. When my first client signin, my firewall read the LDAP username and password then, auth my user. The next user can surf without auth because tha first login record in my firewall the IP address and associate it to the first username (because the IP is always the same for all TS sessions).

The fw is fortigate and have RADIUS,LDAP, and FSAE to authenticate users.

Someone have solutions to associate different, or dynamic, IP addresses for different TS session.?

Or other solutions?
