RDS 2012 RemoteApp Multiple Monitor Support

I had a quick question concerning multiple monitor support in RDS 2012.

Some of my users have laptops (different manufacturers and models) with docking stations at their desks in the office. All of these users have multiple external monitors connected to docking stations. So when they open and use RemoteApps the users naturally move the apps between the two monitors. The problem occurs when the user leaves with the laptop and goes home.

If a user closes a RemoteApp located on the second monitor, disconnects the laptop from the docking station, goes home, and then launches the application, the application that was closed on the second monitor opens but Windows places it on a second monitor that is no longer connected. In other words RemoteApp tries to open an app in the same location the user had it when they closed it, but it does not recognize that the user no longer has a second monitor attached and opens the application as if there was a second monitor. The only solution we have found to combat this is to make sure the user closes the RemoteApp on the main monitor, we can't even disconnect the user to reset the session, someone must go back to a machine with two monitors, launch the app as the user, and then move the app to the main monitor. Just for added clarification, this does not just effect laptop users, this also occurs if a user tries to open the RemoteApp on any machine without a second monitor after closing the apps on a workstation with dual monitors.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
