Hello Everyone.
RDS Failover Cluster Setup
Connection Broker
2x 2008R2 Enterprise RDS servers
I work in a company of about 300 RDS users. Daily I have issues with the RDS servers, where they either hang, or have some other weird problem that can usually only be resolved with a cold reboot. As you can imagine this does not go over well.
I need someone who is familiar with RDS issues to help me go through the entire setup and find out where the issues are. After a year of constantly looking for answers, going through events, finding workarounds for issues, I really just need to get these
issues sorted out and have everything work smoothly.

Is there someone here willing and able to help me?
Some of the issues:
1) Server randomly hangs. Existing sessions hang, new sessions cannot happen. I cannot log into server with any method (rdc, admin rdc, local login via iDRAC).
2) Suddenly the RDS servers will randomly not be able to connect to the SQL or LOB server, but can access the server over unc path (indicative of bigger DNs issue?)
3) Unresponsive, sluggish, almost hanging. Then disabled Windows Update service or spooler service sort of fixes it
4) The one sever has been taken offline because the printer stopped working, and I couldn't get it back to working, so yes we're only running on one server now in a failover setup
5) Before that we were only running on the first server, as having both servers online would not allow users to login.
Originally the connection broker was set up on Server 2. In an attempt to fix the connection issue when having both servers online caused issues, I moved the connection broker off to its own server.
I have checked the server physically (Dell diagnostics), the hard drive file system is fine (sfc and chkdsk), I have even gone through the whole motion of WMI repair and repository rebuild. I need some real help, and the event logs are filled mostly with
printer driver errors and OpsMgr Connector which I assume has something to do with the failed Service Center implementation from the previous IT company
PLease, if there is someone here who has worked with these problems before let me know where to start looking. If we can go through the settings just to keep the logins from stopping to respond it would already be a huge help.
