NPS errors after implementing Gateway

The log indicates user is not found. Any ideas what is going on? We are using domain credentials from both Mac and Windows clients.

This is a 2012 R2 setup. These are the logs with the names and servers replaced with something generic.

Contact the Network Policy Server administrator for more information.
